• DescriptionStrato di crollo di pietre e laterizi nell'ambiente 25. Terreno sciolto, sabbioso, di colore grigio misto a pietre di varie dimensioni, crollo dei muri perimetrali del vano 25. Numerosi frr. di laterizi concentrati soprattutto nella parte Est. È in particolare evidenza il crollo della parte di muro PA 156 che doveva appoggiarsi al "dormiente" (trave lignea inserita nel muro con funzione statica). [Layer of collapse of stone and tiles in room 25. Loose, sandy earth of a gray color, mixed with stones of various dimensions, the collapse of the walls surrounding room 25. Numerous tile fragments especially concentrated in the E part (of the room). Particularly evidence is the collapse of the (upper) part of the wall PA 156 that would have been above the "sleeper" (wooden beam inserted into the wall with a stabilizing function).]
• ObservationsSee detailed sketch of layer on context sheet scan. Context sheet also notes the location of SF373, a "stone basin". Joining fragments of the same cooking stand in this layer and layers above and below militate for the interpretation of all of these as a single collapse, though this raises the question of where the cooking stand was originally positioned (on a shelf inside room 30?). Context partially excavated in 2002; context extent in GIS represents its 2002 extent, but originally covered all of room 25.
